 About WCOS 
The West Central Operator Section (WCOS) is a Section of the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA), a Member Association of the Water Environment Federation (WEF).  WCOS is composed of Water and Wastewater Operators and other water environment professionals from the Willamette Valley area of the State of Oregon.


     Our section stretches from The Oregon Cascades to the Oregon Coast, from South of Portland to the south of Eugene. Counties included are Benton, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Polk, and Tillamook.  Click here oregoncounties01.jpg for a map that shows the various areas within the section.  WCOS members participate in Board meetings, put on workshops and training classes, Plant profiles, annual ORWEF Water Environment schools, State of Oregon Operator Conferences, and PNCWA Conferences.
